Chasity was an amazing realtor. Being 23 and single, on my own, I was very nervous even considering purchasing a home. She treated me like a daughter and was so patient with me. She helped to clarify any and all stupid and nervous questions and made sure that what I was purchasing was that I wanted, and nothing less. I dealt mostly with Brian Bartholomew and he was incredibly knowledgable, patient and made sure everything worked out for my family and I. Between the two of them the house was bought after a long process. I fell for a scam loan and we made an offer on the house but ended up having to back out. Early in my home search I was using a different realtor who did not seem available to me and my wife during our search so I requested an agent to show me our top homes on Zillow and literally within five minutes, Tara called me and was on it. Tara spent several hours that first day thoroughly showing us our top homes along with providing us with any information we could ever need including HOA covenants and other ancillary things that would help us make the best decision for our family. She also has deep rooted knowledge in the Snead ferry/Jacksonville, North Carolina area that is hard to find. I’ve invested in many homes before and had many experiences from many Agents. Tara is the best!
